Jimetta Colston

Certified Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Professional with over 15 years of solid experience. Jimetta is well-known for her passion for people and building relationships that create win-win opportunities and partnerships. She is focused on attracting, retaining and maintaining valuable relationships with clients, while understanding their needs, providing an outstanding customer experience and assisting them in achieving their organizational goals as it relates to social responsibility. 

Jimetta takes great pride in serving others and her community. She is a long-standing member and serves as Secretary at John Paul Scott Community Church, active Board Member for the Neighborhood Center of the UMC, Board Member for Colston Foundation, Member of the PA Diversity Coalition. Fundraising Committee Chair of Black Girl Health Foundation, Inc. and Chair of Diversity & Inclusion Professionals of Central PA (DIPCPA).

Among her many accolades, Jimetta is a recipient of the 2019 “Trailblazer Award,” 2018 “Game Changers” Honoree, recipient of the 26th Annual YWCA Women of Excellence Award and the 2nd Annual National Black MBA Association’s “Member of the Year” Award. She’s been featured as a trailblazer professionally and within the community by the Urban Connection of the Capital Region. She has also been selected as a guest speaker and panelist for several well-known community events in the Greater Harrisburg Area. 

Jimetta earned her Certification in Diversity & Inclusion for HR from Cornell University. She also holds an MBA from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Penn State University, Main Campus.
