Erin has 15 years of experience in marketing, federal acquisitions, and healthcare policy and non-profit business operations and management. Gifted in the areas of public speaking, leadership and teaching, Erin is a sought-out keynote speaker, preacher and panelist.
Erin is Deputy Director of Executive Operations at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation in Baltimore, MD managing operations policy and programs that support healthcare delivery and payment models. Erin also oversees a $15Mil Initiative to Support Promising Research (INSPIRE) contract, designed to recruit experts to participate in projects supporting the Patient Protection and Affordable Care ACT (ACA). Prior to this, Erin was Marketing Manager at the Pennsylvania Lottery.
Active in her local community, Erin serves as Commissioner on the Pennsylvania Commission for Women, responsible for advising the Governor Wolf on policies and legislation that impact women and girls in Pennsylvania, is a member of the Black Ministers Association (BMA) of York, PA, and serves as Associate Pastor of Congregational Care at Bethlehem Baptist Missionary Church in York, PA. Among her accolades, Erin is the recipient the 2019 African American Love Feast Award for community involvement in the York, Pennsylvania area, and a 2016 Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Supervisor Award for Acquisition Strategy Development and Research on Health Data Research.
Erin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing from Howard University (Magnum Cum Laude), a Master of Public Administration from Penn State University (Cum Laude), and is currently undertaking a PhD in Leadership at Lancaster Bible College.
